Business analysis
Always start with a detailed picture of where you are and where you want to go! We do both business or education analyses. This analysis summarizes the educational or business goals of both the company and the potential product. During the business analysis, we identify the gap between current state and ideal state. Also described are target users, target countries, revenue goals, target buyers, timeline to development and implementation, and risk analysis. Knowing at project start how to evaluate a product once it is implemented allows us to create the necessary scaffolding for demonstrating product effectiveness. Scope and sequence charts and correlations
The scope and sequence lists all terminal, major enabling, and minor enabling objectives per strand and assign alphanumeric codes. The chart not only sets up the framework for assessments but it lays the foundation for state, national, and internation correlations. Scope and sequence charts created during front-end analysis provide the design frame. Just as important, they allow on-time delivery by preventing feature creep.

Design specifications
Design specifications can include both high level and detailed specifications and scripts. With today's tools, we can give you a description and accompany it with wireframes and PowerPoint mockups that let you see what you are going to get --before development and programming begin. They describe/illustrate every action and interaction in each product component. Using the information gathered during business analysis, we create mock pages of look and feel, palette design, white space (with room for target languages), icons, and style sheets. We create a technical specifications document that outlines functional requirements, nonfunctional requirements, and use case design.
