We're ambidextrous! Right and left brained. Wildly creative and painfully analytical. We document our analysis and planning and then we decide together how you will know if the solution is a success.  We have worked together since 1998 as a consulting organization, incorporating in California in 2006. A wildly diverse set of projects and programs across varied industries translate into the expertise, experience, and attitudes. "Tiny differences in input could quickly become overwhelming differences in output....In weather, for example, this translates into what is only half-jokingly known as the Butterfly Effect -- the notion that a butterfly stirring the air today in Peking can transform storm systems next month in New York." The paradigm figures into our process. We're granular and we get the big picture. Here are just a few examples of our projects: We created online courses and offline teacher and student guides for a Peregrine database system. For STI, we reviewed their current business and analyzed the future market; we then participated in a kickoff of a new product line. We worked with an Israel company to help it restructure its English Language Learner (ELL) product line for the U.S. and then helped it sell the product line to a U.S. company. For SAIC, we created a class to teach users how to use a new enterprise accounting system. For PLATO, we designed an innovative online math product for upper elementary grades. We have a sterling reputation for creativity, expertise, ethics, and designing to time and cost parameters.
